Victoria Secrets is a great place to shop for the latest trends in lingerie and the young women fashion on the campus. The stores are fun to shop at and the staff has always been helpful to me. I can always find some lingerie or girly stuff that i need to have. I also have used the call in order service and the customer reps were cheerful and very helpful. Great place to shop at!

Oh, their fragrances for body are something unbelievable. And their lingerie is so sexy and tender! I love both!

You want me to spend my money at your store after you tell me I have to wait in a line outside where you have the waiting circles one foot apart not six feet and only letting a couple people I. The store at a time I will not order or shop Victoria secrecy's ever agai. And I have three daughters who I use to take shopping g T your store never will that happen again your store and your policy is horrible when you have people waiting outside less than a foot apart

My wife and I recently bought underwear from them, and to be honest, I was delighted with them. Such a quality that you can not pass. But when he saw it on his body, he was very impressed. Therefore, men, I recommend you the best gift for all holidays!

Victoria's secret did things to my account without even notifying Me! I called them they were very nasty very rude they did not want to set up any payment arrangements or anything they have horrible customer service!!!

I shopped online. Had 3 items in shopping bag. My session is still active and are picking more. Suddenly 2 of the 3 items are dropped. Surprising..... I talked to a customers service representative (Ashley) and know that it is because sb has checked them out. I was very disappointed and decided stop shopping and removing the rest of the items from my shopping bag. At this point, I totally want to walk away from VS.
My questions:
1. If you buy at store and have those items in your bag, will VS take the bag out of your hand and give it to sb else who is ready to checkout?
2. We spend time for picking and adding items to the shopping bag. Then suddenly nothing. What a waste of time and very bad experience for customers. (Other brands have active session or timeout for the bag, like 15 mins). Who will give us back our time? (Time = opportunities)
I'll go with some other brands that have smart choice: caring about customers more than abt the company profit. (In the long run, those will gain higher profit as when they have CUSTOMERS, they have ALL)

Quality of clothing is getting worse, while L Brands closed a bunch of VS stores. They tried to appease the body shamers by hiring more "body positive" models, it didn't work. Its not like watching a fat woman dance ballet where you just watch unbelievably, its just cringe for VS, and best for something like Lane Bryant or Torrid. If you do find something online that strikes your fancy I would suggest skipping down to an actual store closest by. Rather then going online, because its not convenient as customer service online is really bad most of the time here.

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.! I use to always shop but now I'm done. Please don't support this business!

Waited weeks without my order arriving...tracking never works and then today they email asking for feedback
Useless

I have been shopping at VS exclusively for bras and underwear since 2004. After 2016, I have noticed a drastic decline in quality and with every new collection it just continues. Bras are pilling and underwires are turning outward after only a few washes (and I never put them in the dryer). The current lace they are using is scratchy and gets these strings in it after washing. The straps are hard and leave blisters in your shoulders. The bras also creak and make noise they are so stiff. It's a shame now that they have such amazing models, it's a disservice that VS no longer has a quality product. Even their apparel has declined in quality, at least what little apparel they have available. I used to buy all of my dress slacks from VS, now they only carry loungewear and sport. Their sport apparel is so thin it's see through. And the fleece joggers I just bought a month ago are already covered in fuzzy lint balls and have lost all of their softness. If you can find older VS stuff, then it's definitely worth it but the new stuff is garbage.

I ordered from the semi annual sale on December 28th and was told shipping was 2-3 weeks. I received an update on Jan 6th saying the package was going to arrive late and come on Jan 14th. It is now Jan 29th and there is no package still. I live in Pittsburgh and it sat at a facility in Pittsburgh for 11 days before being shipped to New Jersey and then to warrendale Pa. Never again am I ordering from VS online and this experience has made me turned off from the store as well.

This was the worst company I've ever interacted with. Lack of costumer service and problem resolution.
They oversold a bag I ordered and paid for it, and after they were committed to deliver the bag to me with a small delay (as they claimed they had already ordered it from their vendor), they completely canceled my order the same day. After this, they put the same bag available online for sale, and when they were asked why this happened, they said they received a few pieces and put them on sale, after they had cancelled mine of course, which I paid for it and obviously was their mistake to oversell it in the first place.
Of course, they did not offer me an alternative bag to replace my order, neither they prioritized me for the specific bag I ordered.
Issue got too long to be resolved and, when I asked for a refund, they refunded me a wrong amount and I'm still waiting for the rest.
This service was a compete ruin of their reputation.
